Well working. I've been doing alot of 3d animation and digital painting at work but unfortunately I cannot post any of that stuff online. After work I've been trying to increase my knowledge of Maya and Zbrush and I'm about to start a new project that I want to post here on the blog. I'm still relatively weak when it comes to anatomy and I really think if I want to be a concept artist I really need to get on the ball and really learn as much as I can about the figure. I know I'll never be an expert but every little bit helps. Now I have tons of anatomy books but I've decided to sculpt the anatomy of the figure starting with the skeleton and gradually add the muscles and do pencil studies as I go along.

So far I've managed to build the stand and build the wire frame armature, I will continue to upload photos as I go along so wish me luck.

1st character is Baba Yaga a witch character. The second is the queen of faeries.

I'm having trouble keeping all my stuff organized to be uploaded to the blog. I always keep multiple copies of each project. I need to just keep a folder of low quality jpgs to upload.

Anyways, here I've done a redesign of the cheshire cat, he's a combination of yoda and shiva.

Another update today, I was doing a portrait a day over the past couple of days till finals. Now that it's the break I have time to start it up again. I usually just spend 30 minutes on them and then move on to the next project.

Ok so it's been a busy semester and I haven't had the time to work on a website or my blog so I'm posting up some of the work I've done for this semester minus the photography work and the work I did for my internship. It's the beginning of winter break so I'm hoping to do another sketchbook month and to get my website up by new years.
